Yoga Beginners; 6.30-7.45- a structured class learning the postures in a safe environment. You will learn the practice of yoga and all that it entails methodically with emphasis on breath awareness and postural alignment.

Yoga Dynamo- 8.00-9.30pm- A dynamic flow practice of mixed challenging poses; balanced with longer held poses and deep relaxation at the end.

I have been practising yoga for over 25 years and I took a 3 year teaching course with the British Wheel of Yoga 8 years ago. I hold an Evening class at Bexleyheath on a Wednesday 8.00-9.30pm. The class encompasses breathing techniques, postures, meditation and relaxation.
