Peacock-- Mayoorasana..Demonstrated here by Asha..

Peacock demands the strength of arms, focus and concentration. When it is done correctly the whole body is a straight line and parallal to the floor.

. This posture is beneficial for the indigestion.. also it helps in strengthining the arms, wrists and gives a wonderful balance. But it also very difficult to master. But as everything with practice you can do it!!
