It is not the first time in the history of the earth that such a cleansing of karmic debt is occurring.  Now is the time to release what no longer serves us and to acknowledge that we are divine by essence.  If we want to move in resonance with the ascending earth, we must not cling to old beliefs and let go of our resistance. All that is required of us is to go with the flow instead of battling against it. “Ascending” is an entirely conscious choice which we are all free to make now if we so desire or differ till the next opportunity arises. Those intent on ascending now are currently working at raising their vibrational frequency to a much higher level than it is presently vibrating at, aligning themselves with the vibrations of love and light, so as to be able to sustain the transition from the third dimensional frequency to the fifth dimensional frequency. It is now generally accepted that everything in the universe is made of energy and that the differentiating factor between the different energies is the speed at which they vibrate.  "We have been all wrong. What we have called matter is energy, whose vibration has been so lowered as to be perceptible to the senses. There is no matter." – Einstein.  Light for instance vibrates at a very high frequency whereas an inert object such as a stone vibrates at a much lower one.  We all send out energy waves on a particular frequency.  According to the universal law of attraction which states that “like attracts like”, it is the frequency that we emit that governs the experiences we attract in our life.  We are all comfortable with people who are vibrating at the same energy level as us. To raise our vibrating energy, we need to change the thoughts we choose to entertain and our attitude to life generally.  We all have the power to change our thoughts and go beyond our limiting beliefs and fears which feed our suffering and rob us of the very joy to be alive now.  Raising our vibrational energy level must be a conscious choice on our part, no one else can do it for us.  By indulging in negative thoughts and emotions not only do we attract the same vibrations as we emit, but we lower our vibrational frequency.  As long as we stay in a low-vibration reality, we operate from a materialistic, uncreative and submissive mindset.  A culture like ours thriving on selfishness, division, greed, competition, power, money, mental inertia, escalating violence, destructive addictions, abhorrent inequality, hatred, chemicals and junk (from the food we eat to the entertainment we seek), etc. ensures that our vibratory level stays as low as possible and that we remain tied to our five-sense reality. One must choose between the Path of Service to Self along which walk the self-centrered controlling Dark Forces and the Path of Service to Others along which walk the caring and compassionate Forces of Light who dedicate their lives to help others and who abide by the principles of the Law of One. Our challenge is to embrace the darkness as well as the light and we can achieve this by keeping our heart open at all times, even in difficult ones.

The fading of the earth’s magnetic field is weakening our bodies.  The breakdown which we see happening in the outside world is also occurring inside our bodies, as the old is disintegrating to make space for the new.  More and more people are reporting symptoms of muscle soreness, flu, headaches and fatigue, together with vivid dreams, heightened sensitivity and greater intuition as their third eye begins to open and their psychic abilities begin to develop.  We may present symptoms of illness when we are not ill.  Because we are more physically in our body, we feel our emotions much more strongly than before. The more we tune into our body, the more we become aware of our multi-dimensional experiences. Again there is nothing to be frightened of. All these changes are necessary for the “metamorphosis” to take place.  In the new form that is appearing, there is no room for separateness, only for oneness. As the older pattern of consciousness makes way for the new, ease and peace flow into the transformation process. The ego of course does not surrender easily and will fight till the bitter end. The ego does not want to die because it believes that it is real.  The ego self needs to be transcended so that the Real Self may shine through. As the Prophet Mohammed said, we need to die before we die for this is the only way to know that there is no death. We are here on earth to realize our true nature Tat Vam Asi (Thou Art That) and until we do, we are not liberated.  This knowledge comes to us through direct experience not through belief.

There are many immediate ways to start to raise our vibration right this moment and reconnect with the source.  All we need to do is choose the ones which resonate best with us and join those also actively seeking spiritual attunement (through breath, heart-centreredness, chakra activation, mantras, kriyas, bija sounds, yoga, vipassana meditation, etc).  An increasing number of people are now living a life of selfless service to others (karma/seva) and devotion to the divine (bhakti).  They are eager to re-connect with nature, seek the company of like-minded people, visit sacred places, read spiritually-uplifting material, etc.  They are now opting for natural products over chemicals and processed substances in the foods they choose (often switching to a totally meat-free diet), the household products they use and the clothes they wear in a conscious effort to reduce their ecological footprint.  When people around the world join together in consciousness and intent, simultaneously tuning themselves in the cosmic energies now available, something very powerful begins to happen - the whole consciousness of mankind begins to rise. Energy is consciousness, and consciousness is energy. The human body is therefore a manifestation of conscious energy.  As it is known that we currently only use between 3-10% of our DNA and about 10% at the most of our brain, we may rightly wonder what might happen if the remaining 90% of our DNA became activated and whether it would also imply an activation of the remaining 90% unused portion of our brain?  Would we then be able to open up to our divinity?  Is there a correlation to be made between the indigo and crystal children now being born and presenting extraordinary gifts and the frequency increase of our planet? In his book “Awakening to Zero Point” Greg Braden speaks of an increase in the Schumann-resonance or “heart beat” of the earth rising from 7.83 Hz to 12.9 Hz. Our bodies receive these pulses through our brains but we experience them as a single continuous event as their occurrence is too rapid for our bodies to acknowledge.  This change in the Schumann base frequency affects the electro-magnetic field of human beings, animals and plants.  When the earth’s harmonic frequency approaches 13 hertz or cycles per second – which is also known as Christ-Consciousness, in which we are all connected, evolutionary activation or “Collective Initiation” take places. 7.8 Hz corresponds to the resting or sleeping state from which we are emerging. Once we have reached this higher frequency, more and more of us will become aware that the natural frequency of our planet is that of unconditional love.  Once we tune in, we will understand that we are one with the rest as had so often been described in the ancient teachings.  All life on earth attempts to achieve harmonic resonance with the planet.  To do this, it needs to match the higher frequency of the earth which is that of unconditional love.  The activation of our DNA awakens our potential and enables us to access latent potentials and our multi-dimensionality. As the harmonic frequency increase of our planet activates the dormant multi-dimensional potential of our DNA, upgrading it from 2 to 12 strands, our bodies will be gradually transformed into bodies of light.

This increase in the pulse of the earth is also said to be changing our experience of earth time.  As time is becoming more compressed, we have the impression that everything is speeding up, with 24 hrs now only feeling like 16, thus explaining the time crisis we all seem to be presently experiencing.
