Name: Jean Smith

Email: jean.yoga@virgin.net

Type: Hatha yoga

Address: Hurst Community Centre
Hurst Road
Bexley/Sidcup
Kent

Phone: 01424 845114

Class details:  My 'drop-in' mixed age/mixed ability class is held on Tuesday evenings at Hurst Community Centre from 7.30pm - 9pm.

Everyone is encouraged to work within their own capabilities so, for instance, those who are more experienced will hold the poses for a little
longer than those who are not quite so flexible or who are completely new to yoga.

Blocks and belts are provided to assist your practice, but as I only have a limited number of spare mats, you will eventually need to provide your own. You will also need to wear comfortable
clothing that doesn't restrict your movement and, if possible, please bring a blanket for the relaxation period at the end of the session.

This is a very friendly, relaxed class and you are most welcome to come along.
