Marianne trained with the British Wheel of Yoga and has been teaching for 18 years.  She holds a certificate of Holistic Massage and Ayurvedic "abhyanga" massage.
Private tuition available in Central and East London.

Hatha Yoga based on the Samkhya philosophy which also embraces the science of Ayurveda.  The classes are taught creatively as a series of asanas of various strength to balance the doshas and release inner tension, while focusing on the meditative awareness of the flow of Prana. Each class ends with a relaxation. Regular practice gradually helps you to integrate yoga in all aspects of your life and realize the quality of your true nature.
