Eka Pada Bakasana ..One legged crow... Ashley demonstrates.

 

   

 

This balancing posture can be very difficult to master. Practice with patience. First master the basic Bakasana (crow), to strenghen the arms. Once you have confidence in doing Bakasana try Eka Pada Bakasana.

To jump into Bakasana can be difficult. Use cushions in front of you for safety in case you fall forward.

This is an advanced posture. You use abdominal muscles and organs more. Also you must have strong arms.

 

Caution: Jumping to Bakasana (Crow)is very advanced version... You must have very strong arms to do this.
