The Yogic Path offers the unique opportunity to gain understanding of the Yogic discipline as a whole. In addition to practice it offers the opportunity of studying the rich philosophical foundations of Yoga. The courses are taught by Mira Mehta, who is well known in the field of Yoga. Together with her brother Shyam and their late mother Silva they are co-authors of Yoga: The Iyengar Way. Mira is also the author of Health Through Yoga, and Yoga Explained.
